Because a rejected file costs you weeks. A correct file opens your doors. Most “document clearing” services in Qatar simply type your application, submit it, and pray. When rejection comes (and it often does), they disappear or charge you again.
BeYou Consultancy works differently. We start before the first form is filled. Our team verifies your activity code against the latest municipal zoning maps. We check Civil Defense requirements before you rent a shop. We translate your vision into legal Arabic that government officers approve on first review. We don’t have “wasta.” We have process.Every stamp – Municipality, Civil Defense, MOCI, MOPH – is tracked on your live dashboard. You never wonder, “Where is my file?” You never pay a surprise fee. And if we make an error? We re-submit for free. That is our guarantee.
You focus on your salon chairs, coffee machines, or clinic beds. We focus on the files that make them legal.

Yes – in most sectors. Under Law No. 1 of 2019, foreign investors can maintain 100% ownership in the majority of commercial sectors including construction, trading, transport, hospitality, education, healthcare, technology, and food & beverage.
Restricted sectors (where local partnership is still required): banking, real estate, petroleum, insurance, and automotive.
How BeYou helps: We verify your activity code and ownership eligibility before you pay a single riyal. If you need a compliant local partner, we provide that service too.
A: For a Mainland license, you generally need a physical, Baladiya-approved location. However, there are two alternatives:
Provisional Commercial License – A one-year temporary license issued without final Civil Defense and Municipality approvals. It allows you to secure your location, order materials, and prepare documentation – but you CANNOT begin operations until you upgrade to a final license.
Approved business centers – Some co-working spaces and business centers meet Municipality standards and can serve as your registered address.
How BeYou helps: We advise you on the best path for your specific activity and budget. If you qualify for a provisional license, we handle the application.
A: This is one of the most common points of confusion.
Commercial Registration (CR) establishes your company as a legal entity with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI). It says “this company exists.”
Trade License permits you to actually operate from a physical location. It says “this company can open its doors.”
Why this matters: You cannot open for business, hire staff, or fully activate your bank account with only a CR. You need both.
How BeYou helps: We file both in parallel and track every stamp on your dashboard. No gaps. No surprises.
A: This is increasingly scrutinized in 2026. If what you do doesn’t match what your license allows, it can affect:Bank account approvalsVisa processing for employeesEligibility for government contractsTrade license renewal.
How BeYou helps: We ensure your activity codes are precise and aligned with your actual operations from day one. If you need to add activities later, we handle the amendment process.
